Instead of spending time searching, comparing, contacting providers and checking availability, you can request support with practical arrangements such as restaurants, spa and wellness appointments, transfers, tickets, activities, flowers, special occasions and local experiences.
Each request combines personalised recommendation, booking support and confirmation follow-up where available. Final availability, prices and confirmation always depend on the relevant provider.

When added to Plan Your Escape – Free Support or Travel Planning Support – Standard, Smart Concierge starts at 25€ and includes 3 travel concierge requests for one trip.
This option is ideal for travellers who already have a Standard travel plan and want extra help with selected details such as restaurant bookings, ticket options, spa reservations, transfers or special arrangements.

Complex requests
Larger arrangements, multiple bookings, group requests, event planning, special occasion packages or multi-location support may require a custom quote.
All activities, tours, tickets, transfers, restaurant bookings, spa appointments, prices and dates may be subject to changes by the operator, supplier, venue or service provider, without prior notice and due to circumstances beyond our control.
A new date or alternative option may be offered if the provider reschedules or cancels a service due to unforeseen external circumstances. Refunds, credits or changes are subject to the relevant provider’s booking conditions.
