Benagil by Land & Sea

The Algarve is not all golden beaches and sparkling seas – there is much, much more!

If you want to get closer to nature join us on a walking tour through some of the most beautiful scenery in the Algarve – the 7 hanging valleys trail, followed by a fantastic cruise to visit the famous Benagil caves.

This scenic route is situated in Carvoeiro area and offers a string of notable stops at Benagil and Carvalho beaches, among others. The walk takes place along the top of coastal cliffs defined by deeply sculpted shapes and beautiful ocher and golden Cliffs. The walk is led by an experienced guide. At the end of the walk you will have free time in Ferragudo to have a snack or just walk around.

The next Experience is the visit to the beautiful grottoes of the Algarve in our comfortable boats! The trip departs from Portimão and cruises at ease towards Algar Seco and Benagil to take you into different grottoes, where you will find natural rock formations that have been formed due to the sea and wind erosion to amaze us with their beauty. Relax and enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery along the way…

Clothing: Comfortable clothes and shoes, water, sunscreen and sunglasses.

• This walk is of moderate/medium difficulty; some stretches can be more difficult for elderly or very young visitors
• Length: 6 Kms; Average Completion Time: up to 3 hours
• This activity is not recommended for pregnant women / people with heart problems and other sensitive conditions.
• All activities/tours, prices, and dates are subject to alterations by the activity provider, without prior notice and due to circumstances beyond their control. A new date shall be offered if the activity provider reschedules the activity due to unforeseen external circumstances (such as weather or sea conditions, etc.).

Booking: Direct Live Booking is performed, with immediate booking confirmation.

Cancellation: Requests by the client, up to 48 hours before the start of the tour or experience, shall be fully refunded. If the activity provider cancels, a new date is offered or a refund is issued.
