Get ready for the experience of a lifetime with our Discover Scuba Diving in Albufeira! This is your chance to discover the magic of the underwater world in a safe and controlled environment, always with the guidance of one of our experienced instructors.

Your adventure begins with a theory class e pool practiceand prepare him for the big moment. Afterwards, you’ll be taken to the marvellous waters of the Algarvewhere you can explore a stunning reef and the rich marine fauna and flora.

Dive to a depth of 12 metres and enjoy a swim of approximately 30 minutes that will transform your view of the world. Don’t let this incredible opportunity pass you by. Come with us on your first underwater adventure!

Try Dive Programme 

After the check-in for the activity at Albufeira Marina you will be escorted to the classroom where you will have to fill in a form. RTCW form and its medical questionnaire, which is an international standard for the activity.

In the theory class, the instructor will explain what diving is all about, how to use the equipment and what the rules are, and the Basic safety exercises which you will have to do in the pool class.

Once you’ve completed the theory lesson, the next step is to go to the centre where our pool is located. There, we’ll give you all the equipment you’ll need for the lesson, and for the sea dive that follows.

In the pool, the instructor will show you how to perform the essential safety exercises:

• Recovery and cleaning of the regulator.
• Partial cleaning of your diving mask.
• Buoyancy.
• Air sharing.

These exercises are mandatory for your safety and success when diving in the sea. Their successful completion in the pool is an important step before we move on to the experience.

After this lesson, you’ll embark on your snorkelling trip. After a short boat journey along the coast, you will arrive at the dive site on a natural reef. With the help of the team, you will enter the water with the instructor who will guide you through the dive, always with the utmost attention and safety (2 students per instructor).

At the end of this dive, you will return to the centre, equipped with hot showers. At the centre, you will receive a Official SSI Certification valid for 6 months to dive down to 12 metres. You can also take a diving course, accompanied by a professional. You can also get credits for a diving course Open Water Diver SSI.

There are certain restrictions and conditions for taking part in this activity:

• It is essential to be able to swim proficiently in order to take part in these activities.
• Minimum age is 10 years old and 1,40m height.
• Pregnant women are also not allowed on these activities.
• Individuals with serious mental or heart problems, or medical histories that could compromise diving or snorkelling, will not be accepted.
• The activity provider reserves the right to refuse access to activities to anyone who does not comply with safety requirements or demonstrates irresponsible diving behaviour.

Notice:

• The experience and/or the itinerary may change according with the weather and/or sea conditions.
• All activities/tours, prices, and dates are subject to alterations by the activity provider, without prior notice and due to circumstances beyond their control. A new date shall be offered if the activity provider reschedules the activity due to unforeseen external circumstances (such as weather or sea conditions, etc.).

Booking: Direct Live Booking is performed, with immediate booking confirmation. 

Cancellation: Requests by the client, up to 48 hours before the start of the tour or experience, shall be fully refunded. If the activity provider cancels, a new date is offered or a refund is issued.
