Travel Planning Support – Premium is designed for travellers who want a more complete and personalised planning experience, with additional support beyond flights, stays, transfers and activities.
We help you organise the practical structure of your trip, compare suitable travel options, refine your experience choices and include extra details through our Smart Concierge support.
This service is ideal if you want a clearer digital trip plan, priority guidance, restaurant or ticket booking requests, local recommendations, special occasion support or help adjusting details before your trip.
Your Premium travel plan is prepared in a digital itinerary format platform used by professional travel planners. Through the free smart travel itinerary app, travellers can access their itinerary, documents and chat features from their phone, and changes made to the trip are update automatically.
The travel itinerary app also supports offline itinerary access, helping travellers keep important trip details available even when internet access is limited.
The app can include itinerary details, maps, city guides, documents, vouchers, confirmations, flight updates and direct priority chat with Smart Traveller, depending on the information added to the plan.
Premium Travel Planning includes our Smart Concierge support by default, helping with selected details that often take extra time to organise
What Concierge support may include
1. Send your trip details
Share your destination, dates, number of travellers, travel style, budget, accommodation preferences, activity interests and any special requests.
2. We review your options
Following an intro Whatsapp video/telephone call (30m) and/or message exchange, we start creating a bespoke itinerary filled with the places, attractions and immersive experiences that are aligned with your interests and preferences.
We search and compare suitable flights, stays, transfers, activities and selected concierge options using selected travel tools and partner platforms to help identify strong-value options for your trip. Where available, we also give you access to exclusive promotional deals, selected last-minute offers and flexible booking conditions.
3. You receive your digital plan
Your travel is organised in a Digital trip plan and shared with you in a clear schedule and itinerary format, through email and the free smart travel itinerary app.
The first version of the Premium travel plan is usually prepared within 3 to 5 business days after receiving the required trip details. More complex requests may require additional time.
4. You review and adjust
Up to 4 reasonable rounds of adjustment are included, giving you more flexibility to refine the plan before moving forward.
5. Concierge details are added
Where applicable, we help with restaurant recommendations, travel guides, booking requests, ticket reservations, wellness ideas or other selected travel details.
6. Book with guidance
You can book directly where available, use the links provided or request booking support through Smart Traveller.
The Premium planning fee may be partly or fully credited against eligible bookings made through Smart Traveller, where applicable. The credit depends on the type of booking, provider conditions and the value of confirmed services booked through us.
Traveller coverage
This service covers one shared trip plan for up to 4 travellers following the same route, dates and general travel arrangements.
Extra travellers
Additional travellers can be included from 10€ per person, provided they follow the same general trip plan.
Infants and children
Infants and children are included within the traveller count. No extra fee applies by default. An additional supplement may apply when extra research is required, such as baby cots, child seats, stroller-friendly transfers, family room configurations or age-restricted activity checks.
Infant or child-specific arrangements: from 10€ where additional research is required.
Pet-friendly travel usually requires additional checks for accommodation, transfers, provider rules and activity restrictions. A pet-planning supplement may apply.
Pet-friendly planning supplement: from 15€.
Trips over 7 travel days, multi-destination routes, larger groups, special accessibility needs, pet-friendly travel or complex arrangements may require a custom quote.
Estimated Plan delivery
The first version of the travel plan is usually prepared within 3 to 5 business days after receiving the required trip details. More complex requests may require additional time.
All travels, stays, activities, tours, prices, and dates may be subject to changes by the operator or activity provider, without prior notice and due to circumstances beyond our control.
A new date or alternative option may be offered if the provider reschedules or cancels a service due to unforeseen external circumstances. Refunds, credits or changes are subject to the relevant provider’s booking conditions.
